His expertise strategically intersects experience in Executive Management, Organizational Leadership, and lifecycle Business Development (BD) operations across multiple federal sectors, including Defense, Intelligence, and Federal Civilian (Fed/Civ). Anthony’s exceptional knowledge of federal strategy, procurements, and execution empowers TSG and its clients to successfully navigate complex federal landscapes, driving transformative business growth.
Throughout his distinguished career, Anthony has held leadership positions at companies ranging from small businesses to those with revenues exceeding $30 billion. His agility and adaptability have been instrumental in managing diverse agency-led and Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) procurements of significant strategic and financial value, often exceeding billions of dollars.
Before being named COO of The Schiff Group, Anthony held numerous key roles, including COO; Vice President of Business Development & Strategy; Director of DoD Programs; BD/Capture Executive; Senior Program Manager; Program Manager; Staff Officer; and Soldier. His broad experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of the industry and an exceptional ability to drive organizational success.
A proud veteran of the U.S. Army, Anthony served honorably as a Military Intelligence professional during the early Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) era. Additionally, he is a proud descendant of Native Hawaiian ancestry and actively advocates for increased awareness of Polynesian culture and the sharing of the aloha spirit.
