Joe brings over 35 years of experience in the government contracting industry, focusing on business development, capture, proposals, M&A, and program management. Prior to joining The Schiff Group, he held executive positions at ABSC, Parsons Corporation, ManTech, GDIT, AT&T, BAE Systems, DynCorp International, and Northrop Grumman. He holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and possesses Master of Science degrees in Management/Project Management and Business Administration, along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science. He is an esteemed member of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA), the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF), and the NRO Industry Advisory Work Group (IAWG). Joe also previously held Advisory Board positions with George Mason University Center for Government Contracting and INSA.
Joe is an Honorably Discharged United States Air Force Veteran.
